In the early days of March, Beijing Zhong da Hua yuan Certification Center led a group of six people to supervise and audit our company's environment, quality, occupational health and safety management system. The audit was conducted in accordance with the requirements of three documents: Quality Management System Requirements (GB/T19001-2016), Environmental Management System Requirements with Guidance for Use (GB/T24001-2016) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System Requirements with Guidance for Use (GB/T45001-2020), and in combination with the company's Q/XD QES. The implementation of SC-2020 Integrated Management Manual was reviewed for four and a half days.

At the first meeting, Yang Guilin, the head of the audit team, made arrangements for the audit process and related work, and the experts made detailed explanations on the key points and precautions for the audit of their respective scope of work. The company leaders emphasized that all departments should cooperate seriously to lay a solid foundation for the standardized operation of the company.

The experts conducted a comprehensive and detailed audit of the company's system operation. During the four and a half days of audit, all departments of the company attached great importance to and actively cooperated with the audit team members in a scientific method, rigorous attitude, taking random sampling, data access, site survey, questioning and communication, etc., with reference to the relevant standards, the system operation of the relevant factors in the audit carefully, not only affirmed the effectiveness of the company's system operation, but also put forward valuable comments and suggestions on the operation of the system.

At the final meeting, the audit team leader Yang Guilin announced the results of the audit: the audit issued a non-conformity, on-site inspection, found that the assembly branch of high-voltage assembly group is being implemented in the operation of the crane hooks without anti-dislodgement devices. The plant immediately corrected the situation and took the necessary corrective measures to rectify the situation. This audit of the company's environmental, quality and occupational health and safety management system, will be recommended to the audit center to maintain the registration qualification of Simo motors, the audit was successfully passed.
